Q1: How long can the DELTA Max(2000) charge my devices?
A: This will depend on which devices you’re running. For example, DELTA Max will last for approximately 12
hours while powering 4 lights, a fan, router, laptop, a refrigerator/freezer as well as charging cellphones. DELTA
Max has a built-in LCD screen that allows you to clearly see how much power your appliances are using, and how
much time you have left to use.
Q2: How does the Emergency Power Supply (EPS) work?
A: When your portable power station is plugged into the wall, any electronics plugged into it are powered from the
grid and not its battery. When power from the grid stops, as in a blackout, the power station automatically switches
to battery power within 30ms.
Q3: Can DELTA Max be plugged into other solar panels to charge?
A: Yes, you can use third-party solar panels to power DELTA Max as long as they have MC4 connectors and have
a voltage range from 11-100V.
Q4: Why does the battery lose power when not in use?
A: The unit may be in standby mode where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter could be using up to 50W.
Remember to long press the power button to turn the unit completely off. If the unit loses power when completely off,
try recharging it to 100% and use it to 0% two or three times to calibrate the battery.
NOTE:
*Please use the AC Charging Cable included in the package for fast charging. Do not use other cables to charge. Plug
directly into an AC wall outlet and make sure that the wall output current is more than 15A.
*Store in dry and well-ventilated place. If exposed or used in a humid environment for a long time (E.g. seaside),
we recommend you use a waterproof bag to keep your battery dry.
*If you accidentally drop the product into water or spill water on the battery during use, please make sure to take
proper measures to avoid electric shocks before placing it in a safe open area, and stay away from it until it is completely
dry. The dried product should not be used again.
